From 10 to 14 November 2025, Sarajevo becomes the hub of creativity, innovation, and youth-driven change as the UPSHIFT Erasmus+ Boot Camp officially begins!
This five-day intensive workshop brings together passionate young innovators aged 16 to 25 from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, and North Macedonia — all united by one goal: to transform ideas into impactful social innovations that make their communities stronger.
💡 Turning Ideas into Action
UPSHIFT is more than a training — it’s a movement that empowers youth to see challenges as opportunities.
Over the course of the week, 20 selected teams (five per country) will dive into hands-on sessions on design thinking, social innovation, and teamwork.
With guidance from experienced mentors and trainers, participants will explore real-life community problems, design creative solutions, and prototype their ideas.
At the end of the boot camp, 8 outstanding teams (two per country) will receive further support to implement their projects and bring their ideas to life.

💥 About the Project
This initiative is part of the project “UPSHIFT Impact: Amplifying Social Change through Youth Initiatives”, implemented by a consortium led by @genesisprojectbl, in collaboration with @lead.mkd, @hermes.hr, and @nisma_arsis.
The project is co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, supporting innovation and empowerment among young people across the Western Balkans.
